Ahead of the 2025 collective bargaining negotiations, the trade union 3F Byggegruppen launched a campaign. The aim was to identify which issues were important to the members, increase member engagement, and raise voter turnout in the collective agreement vote. I produced a series of videos that supported these objectives.
In videos from across the country, we met members at their workplaces, where they talked about their working lives. They were also given the opportunity to speak about themes and challenges they wanted to see addressed during the negotiations. The videos were intended both to clarify what 3F Byggegruppen stands for and to create stronger identification between the members and the union.
I also produced a campaign video, which is the one you can see at the top. In this video, we summarized the role of the union and placed it in a tangible, real-world context through footage from everyday working life.
The reach of the videos and the number of views exceeded expectations and proved to be a clear success. Voter turnout also increased in 2025.
